ima give it a try on gimp when i get the time then.

If you continue working on that alex char, try to use soft brushes on gimp, instead of paint.
You can sprite pretty nice, only that pixelated look extends you a bit too much from the LF2 style.

Just try it if you want.

2 little problems, his eyes look very red and saw, like he has been awake for nights and nights
his hair, should have a bit more darkness in it
